Health Psychology is a part of health that often is overlooked. For one to improve their health, one should start by focusing on the functions that the brain performs. Health enhancement is usually exclusively viewed through the lens of consuming vegetables and fruits. If the diet were it was that simple, we would probably have a much lower rate of disease than we have today. Physical nutrition is definitely an important aspect of getting control of your health. However, in truth, the truth is that it's one of the last steps to the process.


Your brain is the central control point for your body. It is said that "as above is below, so is below." What you think of in your brain eventually will resonate across your entire body. In this way it's safe to say that your mind needs to be secure and strong in order to experience optimum health. We have found that there are three essential steps that one has to go through in their climb to a healthier life. These are not negotiable steps and cannot be rearranged or avoided. Below are the actions that are necessary to reach the final destination "disease-free existence."


The initial action stage one must go through is known as"the recondite" stage (or the intangible action stage). At this point one experiences an epiphany and realizes they have to make a change regarding their overall health. They feel the constant desire to appear attractive and to be healthy. There is no physical activity visible to anyone else because the transformation takes place within your mind. When you let go of thoughts of change to the universe, things are created to assist you in achieving your objectives. The issue for most individuals is they stay in this state for the rest of their lives. There's a saying that declares, "Cemeteries are the richest locations on earth since the majority of people are buried with their ideas and dreams that aren't fulfilled." Many people find it easier to simply DAYDREAM of an idea because they feel that they aren't adequately equipped to fulfil their goals.


The second stage of the activation process is called"the compliant stage" (or the passive action stage). In this stage, one has completed the necessary research regarding the diet as well as health-related information. They join gyms and start buying healthier food that promotes health instead of just claiming to live. There's also a problem at this point. People buy items from their feelings. Many times, people watch advertisements or kitchen appliances like juicers and decide to buy the items. After three months and the juicer remains in the box and gathers dust. This is a frequent issue all over the world. Sometimes, life isn't in order or people simply aren't sufficiently motivated to get through this hurdle.
